Basic storage is our most popular storage service. Convenient,
safe and economical, the basic plan is the choice of the majority
of UMD students. This service is perfect for students who wish to
store their belongings for the entire summer and have it delivered
to their dorm when the semester begins. The basic plan costs

Short Term Storage
Short term storage is for students who will want their belongings
returned before August 26th. This service is perfect for: Students
staying for one session of summer classes; Students returning
very early (before August 26) for the fall semester; or Students
looking for off-campus housing who temporarily want to stow their
items.

Long Term Storage
Long term storage is an excellent service for students who want
to secure their belongings for more than the summer. Long term
storage is a combination of summer storage plus short term
storage. This is a great choice for: Students studying abroad in
the fall; Students taking a semester off to travel; or Students
having a change of plans after placing their items in summer
storage
The cost of long term storage is $215 for the summer through
August 26th. After that there is a base charge of $90 and a
variable fee of $0.75/day per box. (Prices are based on our
